4. Billing and Payment

We offer two billing plans:

Payment is due in advance via our accepted payment methods (to be specified at checkout). Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your services. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Money-Back Guarantee below.

5. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. This guarantee applies only to hosting fees and does not include additional services or domain registration fees.

6. Coupons for First-Time Users

First-time customers may be eligible for promotional coupons or discounts at signup. These offers are one-time use only, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. Details of available coupons will be provided at checkout.

7. CPU, Bandwidth, and Disk Usage

All use of hosting resources provided by Power Web Hosting is subject to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Service Uptime and Limitations

While we strive for 100% uptime (as per our tagline, "our servers are never down"), we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks).

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our services or other customers.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Power Web Hosting, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Power Web Hosting does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, or error-free. You use our services at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Power Web Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

13. Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
